Valmont B2B Guard monitors Shopify B2B catalog configuration to detect material regressions.

Data processed

The app stores shop installation records, catalog and price-list identifiers, catalog status, publication coverage, pricing configuration, variant identifiers and monitored B2B price values, quantity rules, baseline snapshots, incident records, and app analytics required to operate the service.

Data not collected

V1 does not request or store customer names, customer email addresses, phone numbers, postal addresses, company contacts, orders, payment-card data, or order line items.

Purpose

Configuration data is used only to provide B2B catalog regression monitoring, incident history, service reliability, billing, and support.

Retention and deletion

Operational monitoring history is retained while the app is installed where needed to provide baseline comparisons. Shop-linked application data is deleted on uninstall or Shopify shop-redaction requests.

Security

Production traffic uses HTTPS and application data is stored in access-controlled infrastructure. Secrets are not committed to source control.
